I am very easy going, warm-hearted and compassionate. I am a "planner". I like things to be neatly organized and run precisely. Obviously life doesn't usually work out that way so I work hard to rapidly resolve whatever obstructs my way until I achieve my goal.

I am a knowledge freak! I LOVE to learn! I am an expert on Internet navigation and research. I would have to say Internet Research is my niche because I could spend hours on end reading what to some is useless knowledge, but for me, I hunger for it. I guess I'm a geek like that.

I  worked as a 911 Operator and Dispatcher for several years. The profession taught me a great deal about working under pressure, management, prioritizing, multi-tasking and dealing with a variety of people in many states of emotion. There was a significant amount of administrative responsibility requiring daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, along with several other Criminal Justice databases. That experience provided me the necessary tools to create a foundation for my future.

I have always dreamed of being my own boss but have never really been sure of exactly what kind of business I wanted to own. After many years of contemplating direction, I decided to utilize my knowledge and strengths and start a business doing what I do best, helping other people prosper! 

Little did I know, the knowledge and experience of starting my own business would land me even more tools to offer my clients. I have become skilled in brochure type web design and maintenance. I have developed a fair amount of knowledge in Search Engine Optimization and  I've become an expert at website and article directory submissions.
